First of all: Hi! Thanks for testing this new logger system that we created. I hope it suits your needs and that we can provide you with a great logging experience.
The software is now tested for over a year with a few themeparks and locations and so it was time to look at some convenience stuff that was far overdue. Here are the current changes from this version:
- Added better friend system
You can now request friends and share your profile with them. The privacy option is now a valid option on every profile to set whether your friends can see what you've been up to or not. We will improve the Profiles as time goes on. But with the friend system in place, its now a better time then ever to get each other together on a trip and start exploring all the exciting experiences you can find together! We have some nice things planned for friend interaction, so stay tuned.
- Reworked the registration system
It was always a pain to register for our page. We dont know why, but we never managed to get over the first hurdles of getting people here. Now the registration is more simple and seamless without unnessecary pages in between that just show you unnessecary things and such. We hope you like the new way.
- Disabled the planned settings menu for experiences
For the moment. We're brainstorming about the menu on experience cards on how to set them up right, so they don't get in the way of looks, logging or other things. While we do that, we simply deactivated the button all together. But its coming back when it's ready.
- Added Icons on Experience Images
With the new won space, we added Icons for Fastpass-, Singlerider- and Onride-Photos-Experiences as well as an Icon for experiences that can be enjoyed by impaired people. We hope this can help people in the parks to find the attractions they want faster.
- Rework of the Dashboard (with news)
We reworked the dashboard completely. Even if you dont see much of it, the spaghetti code underneath was hurting its performance and so we reworked everything about it. It should now be quicker to access your favourites, see your latest logs or see the newly added news like this one, where you can learn more about current updates and things that are interesting to know or happen in the park.
